Hi, I’m Joyce, Dallas-based, people-loving, and fueled by empathy, lattes, and good design. I started out caring for tiny newborns as a nurse and realized early on that my favorite thing is helping people feel seen, supported, and cared for.

I don’t believe I have to choose just one path. Every skill I pick up is like adding a new Pokémon to my Pokédex (no pun intended, check out below) and UX design is my newest one. It lets me combine heart, logic, and creativity to build experiences that actually make life easier (and hopefully a little more fun).

I’m especially drawn to health, food, and wellness spaces where thoughtful design can truly change someone’s day. My goal is to create inclusive, user-centered designs that care about people as much as I do… just with fewer scrubs and more sticky notes.
